The objective of these rules is to provide a safe and orderly environment for the use and enjoyment of our pool and clubhouse

The objective of these rules is to provide a safe and orderly environment for the use and enjoyment of our pool and clubhouse. The Board of Directors is authorized to enforce all pool and clubhouse rules. The Union County Health Department Rules and Recommendations concerning bathing places shall govern the health and safety of the pool.

It is the duty of all Homeowners, their children and guests to obey and support these rules.

General Rules:

  1. The pool hours are 7AM to dusk (9 PM) daily. Adult swim (age 21 and up) between 7AM and 9AM daily. The adult swim will be enforced. Please be courteous of the surrounding neighbors and please keep the noise level down.
  2. The Board of Directors has the authority to enforce the pool rules and suspend residents or guests from using the pool or clubhouse, if necessary.
  3. The pool must be vacated at the first sound of thunder or first sight of lightening and cannot be re-entered until 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder and/or sight of lightening.
  4. Conduct on the clubhouse property that could cause injury to oneself or others is prohibited at all times. Profanity will not be accepted.
  5. Damage to the pool or clubhouse property will be charged to the responsible homeowner. Homeowners are responsible for their guests.
  6. Members and their guests will refrain from trespassing on adjacent property or any other actions that cause a disturbance for nearby property owners.
  7. The Homeowners Association will not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal property.
  8. Bicycles and vehicles must be parked in designated areas. No bicycles, scooters, roller blades or skateboards will be allowed inside the pool area at any time.
  9. Beverages will be allowed around the pool deck area in non-glass containers only. All alcoholic beverages must be in concealed containers. Adults are asked to use discretion in consuming alcohol.
  10. No smoking except in areas provided with ash containers.
  11. No pets allowed inside the pool area.
  12. All trash must be disposed of in provided containers. Please remember to recycle.
  13. All members, their children and guests use the pool and clubhouse at their own risk.
  14. All Households are permitted a maximum of 4 guests at any one time. Please remember that members are to be in attendance with guests whenever they attend the pool area. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
  15. Unauthorized disclosure of your family's pool code will result in a 1 week suspension of pool privileges. Repeat offenders will result in up to a 60 day suspension of pool privileges.

Pool Safety and Sanitation Rules:

Children 14 years of age and under must be accompanied at the pool by a parent or responsible person 18 years or older. Children age 15 and older may use the pool unaccompanied.

  1. A parent or responsible person 18 years of age or older must accompany children who are non-swimmers at all times.
  2. Only conventional bathing attire will be allowed in the pool; no jeans, shorts, cutoffs, etc.
  3. Any person with infections, skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eyes, or wearing bandages may be denied use of the pool.
  4. Individual balls, inner tubes, water wings and other toys are allowed in the pool at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
  5. Everyone must leave the pool in the event of an emergency. A phone is provided on the premises for emergency purposes. The Management Company must be notified immediately following any emergency or injury. Their phone number will be placed near the phone.
  6. No diving, running, wrestling, dunking or horseplay will be allowed.
  7. No unauthorized person will be allowed in the filter or chlorine rooms.
  8. All children age three and under must wear plastic or rubber pants over "SWIMMIE" diapers when using the pool. (No cloth diapers or regular disposable diapers are allowed.)
  9. Parents must encourage children to use the bathroom before entering the pool and at rest intervals throughout the day. "ACCIDENTS" THAT OCCUR IN THE POOL WILL RESULT IN THE POOL CLOSING FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX HOURS AS ORDERED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Repeat offenders will be suspended from pool use until cleared by the Board of Directors.
  10. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in loss of privilege to use facilities at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

    a. First Offense: 1 week suspension of pool code

     b. Second Offense: Pool code suspension for up to 60 days.
