We are pleased to announce that we are your new property management company. We are assisting the Board of Directors, committees and residents with the needs of your community. Please contact us with all questions or concerns that you may have. We ask that complaints and / or reported violations be sent to us in writing, via e-mail @ info@braesael.com.or hard copy mail,

We will be assisting the Board of Directors in maintaining the aesthetics and integrity of the neighborhood in accordance with the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. If an issue is not in compliance a letter will be sent to inform the homeowner as they may not have been aware of these covenant restrictions. The Board will continue to pursue issues of non-compliance through hearings and issuing fines.

In addition, we will be handling all community dues invoicing. The mailing address has changed from that noted on your 4th quarter payment stub. Please ensure that all future checks are made payable and sent to:

We would like to announce a Labor Day Event planned by the Social Committee that is scheduled for September 2nd, 2006. Further details are to come regarding the event. Also please note, the pool will be open through the month of September.
