Request Form for Architectural and Landscape Modifications As of November 24, 2006, you can go to the website and print the application form and an instruction letter. You will need to mail in two (2) complete copies of your request to Braesael Management. There will be one Architectural Control Committee meeting per month. All requests to be reviewed need to be submitted seven days prior to the meeting, which will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
